Every year Amity Child Uganda awards scholarships and bursaries to hundreds of underprivileged young people in Uganda with an aim of ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to go to school regardless of their background or financial circumstance. Over the last six (6) years, Amity has awarded over 1800 bursaries and scholarships to school going children/youth at different levels. Registration for 2018 Scholarship scheme opens on 5th Dec 2017 at our office located at Nakulabye Mutesa 1 Road, After Coca-Cola Depot Opposite Zone 4 Guest House.
It’s open to primary, secondary, Certificates, Diploma & Degree levels in all courses, In specific Schools/Institutions. Eligible students must meet the following qualifications: Be a Ugandan resident and/or willing to study from Ugandan Schools and Institutions, Demonstrated Financial need. University and Institution Scholarship applicants MUST be seeking sponsorship for courses they intend to do but not courses they’re already doing. Requirements include 2passport size photos, photocopies of result slips or a report from previous level/school.
